Star Tech NG Plc has an equity joint venture with Manhattan Venture Partners the leading US-merchant bank exclusively focussed on direct secondary share transactions in private technology businesses backed by Tier 1 venture capital firms.

The business is regulated by the Guernsey Financial Services Commission to act as a broker and asset manager and advises the MVP Star Tech NG Fund IC Limited, an authorised Guernsey fund that invests in pre-IPO technology businesses at the late growth stage by providing liquidity to earlier stage shareholders.
