Through privileged relationships we co-invest from our own balance sheet, usually via single asset pooled investment SPV’s, alongside astute Silicon Valley angels and Tier 1 US venture capital firms participating in early stage growth - Series A to C - primary financing rounds.

Our authorised Guernsey fund, which is open to high net worth investors, family offices and institutions, invests in later stage  growth technology companies (those having received a Series D or later financing) by purchasing ‘direct secondaries’ from existing shareholders in the private secondary market.

Its aim is to provide investors with superior returns over the medium to long term.
